Work Performance Coaching
Work performance is a multifaceted issue including factors such as one's personality, the degree of fit between the person and the position, skills and competencies, motivation levels, as well as the various potential obstacles (role ambiguity, low self-efficacy, inner conflicts, disharmonious workplace communication, high stress levels etc.).
A performance coach helps company people crystallize their role in the organization, prioritize their activities and allocate their time efficiently; in addition, a coach inspires people, helps them develop a compelling vision for their job, unleash their talents and abilities, while becoming aware of their weaknesses and overcoming the stumbling blocks to success.
In fact, it is of paramount importance to have people harness their full potential, so that the organization reaps the benefits of high performance, while employees / executives contribute better work, advance in their career and experience greater job satisfaction!
Performance coaching can be asked either by the company or the employee / executive wishing to get assistance. It can be applied both to individuals and teams (group coaching).
